Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist will greet and welcome all guests to the facility.
The Front Desk Receptionist will greet all guests with the highest level of service and attention.
The Front Desk Receptionist will provide administrative support for the Student Services Department.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Greets guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
Answers in-coming phone calls, screens calls, and directs call to appropriate department.
Maintains security by responding to safety concerns; monitors for proper use of facilities; monitors for proper hygiene; maintains a clean facility at all times; monitors for proper security by controlling access to the building; monitors for proper operation of office equipment; responds to requests with accuracy and speed; assists in resolving problems; provides support as needed for departments.
Schedules appointments, directs inquiries, and provides information to students, parents, or staff members as needed.
Maintains accurate timekeeping records by entering time entries in the Timekeeper's Book as requested by staff members or management.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; one (1) year related experience preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff members is required.
Knowledge of Google Suite is preferred but not required.
