Purpose of Role The Segment Marketing Manager engages and advocates for key customer verticals across the entire Yamaha enterprise, establishing our connection to - and authenticity in - their community.
This position is based in our corporate office in Buena Park, CA and will be on a hybrid schedule.
Key Accountabilities IncludeExecutes segment marketing activities which contribute to IMG strategic objectivesIntegrates product marketing objectives into segment marketing strategies to amplify their effect in the vertical communityEnsures that the segment budget aligns with YCA's priorities and highest impact activitiesCreates strategies to acquire and nurtures segment customers through the customer journeyDevelops segment-specific go-to-market strategies to create demand and preference for Yamaha products and servicesEnsures Yamaha portfolio is represented to customers in a contextually appropriate wayEnsures alignment between strategies for product marketing, sales, and artist relations into the segmentTravel up to 25%; includes some nights and weekendsPrimary Responsibilities IncludeCollaborates, writes, and socializes customer-centric marketing plansBuilds portfolios of product and service offerings to meet customer Moments of NeedTracks and reports on impact of marketing activities on key personasSpeaks to key influencers and officials with compelling arguments to support your market segmentEngages with our target customers digitally and in real life to elicit their needs first-handCore Functional Competencies Business Environment:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
