The plant needs an individual passionate about people and culture, excited about manufacturing processes, and looking for an opportunity to grow as a leader and professional in a dietary supplement manufacturing environment.
This Team Leader will have first shift responsibility and will lead a team of 10-20 employees.

The Solid Dose Plant produces and delivers products that drive growth for ABOs and Amway.
The plant is focused on consistent and dependable delivery of high-quality products for a global customer base, while providing flexibility and responsiveness.
It is currently running 4 days a week, 20-24 hours a day.

As Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day work of your team.
In addition to leading them, you will also work on future growth opportunities for the plant.
Shift flexibility will be an expectation for this role.
You will coach, mentor, and support your team.
You will also provide training, motivation, and feedback to team members.
You will be responsible for shift assignments and staffing.
In addition to maintaining performance standards and conducting reviews and participating in talent discussion, you will also set the example for modeling team behaviors.
You will demonstrate empathy, effectively deal with existing or potential conflicts at the individual and group level and recognize and encourage team members.
From an operational standpoint, you will focus on providing a safe work environment that delivers quality products.
You will have the opportunity to solve problems daily and make an immediate impact on the business.
The passion for leadership you bring to this plant will allow you to demonstrate transformative results in a dynamic work environment.
You will be the leader of an exciting team and responsible for highly impactful operational results.
Required
Qualifications:
Prior leadership experience, in either a formal or informal setting.
Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor, provide feedback, and handle conflict management Associates Degree, with a Bachelors degree preferred Skills to be successful in the role:
Prior experience in a regulated environment is a plus Prior experience leading a project or making a positive impact to a business result Ability to work with cross functional partners Proficient with MS Office, and having the ability to pick up ERP systems, including JDE and dcLink This role is Not eligible for sponsorship.
