Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and facilitating communication with candidates.
Support in onboarding new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed accurately.
Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Help organize and coordinate employee training sessions and HR events.
Assist in administering employee benefits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or in progress).
No prior experience required; however, internships or coursework in HR are advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
