Front of House Team Member
Responsibilities:
Maintain food safety standards Upholding the vision and values of the Restaurant Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly and accurately Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Work on their feet for several hours at a time and lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, rules, and dress code at all times Serve guests with genuine hospitality Accurately record orders on the POS, handling cash proficiently and accurately including counting money tills Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all front of house stations, including dining room, order taking, serving, bagging, and drive thru roles Keep the restaurant neat, clean, and orderly at all times Be knowledgeable of the menu and keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership Maintain knowledge by completing in-house training and stay current on any changes Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements:
Reliable attendance and punctuality Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others and is guest-service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask quickly, thoroughly, and accurately Works well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Have the ability to stand for long periods of time Reliable transportation Be willing and able to work at all Chick-fil-A Buena Park locations at the discretion of the Company Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
