Are you an electrical engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Applications Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with various electrical systems, PLC's, in addition to turbomachinery and grid connect. This role is customer-facing and requires a high level of customer service skills. Your expertise in electrical equipment installation and electrical control systems will be crucial in meeting our clients' needs and exceeding their expectations.
Responsibilities:
Design, test, and implement electrical systems in line with project requirements. Provide technical support for electrical equipment installation, ensuring all components meet our high standards of quality and safety. Use your expertise in electrical, PLC's, and turbomachinery to solve complex problems and enhance system performance. Work closely with our customers, understanding their needs, and developing solutions that meet these needs. Provide top-tier customer service, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to your work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Manage and maintain electrical control systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally at all times. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role. Proven experience working with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC's, and turbomachinery. Solid understanding of electrical control systems and grid connect. Experience in electrical equipment installation. Strong customer service skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively with clients. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks as needed.
