Sweep the restaurant before open and after close to make sure it is clean.
Clean and stock restrooms before open and after closing.
Take out all FOH trash before open and after close.
Make sure all counter tops at sushi bar, server bar, and dining room are all wiped and sanitized.
Wipe down chairs and tables before open.
Set up tables after.
Set up table with plate settings once done cleaning table.
Help run food for servers.
Check bathrooms every other hour, make sure its clean and stocked.
Learn and memorize menu items.
Must at least have some knowledge on cleaning chemicals and products.
