Our Client a leading Healthcare Company is looking for a Sr. IT Systems Analyst for a 6
months Contract with Option to Hire position located near Buena Park, CA.

KEY
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate with Inside Client staff, Business Units (Sr. executives, physicians, clinical staff, business operations, etc.) and IT teams (systems analysts, developers, testers, IT operations staff) to develop the detailed scope statements, and high level technical system requirements for inside client implementation.
Responsible for defining and managing the scope of Business Systems project(s). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
o Defines functional, usability, reliability, and performance and support requirements of a system.
o Create & perform feature testing and determines environmental needs.
o Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business.
o Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.
o In depth knowledge of tools utilized.
o Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.
o Provides consultation for integration activities to ensure successful implementation.
o Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.
o Develops use cases and provides oversight and quality assurance on team member's use cases.
Lead and manage the high-level requirements development process and develop enterprise level cross functional technology solutions.
Responsible for the creation of strategic level business requirement deliverables and system solution documents and associate workflows or diagrams as required.
Manage and integrate business, functional and technical requirements and design, and provide oversight in the definition of enterprise-related work processes and changes in alignment with Inside Clients, Business and IT needs.
Serves as a key business process analyst and technology solutioning specialist between clients, business and IT.
Partners with Clients, Business Units and IT teams to leverage technology in furthering success in existing and new markets.
Address risks and implement contingency plans to resolve issues impacting business or IT objectives across the enterprise.
During the construction and developments phase, acts as solution (product) owner, providing vision and requirements of what should be built, and how the product should work to serve the Clients and business need. Articulate that vision to the development team. Oversees the implementation of solution.
Collaborate with Client staff, Business teams and IT teams to complement the systems development effort and implementation for Inside clients.
Qualifications:
Require Bachelor degree in related field, Technical institute degree; certifications in BSA, BA, 5
years experience leading requirements development efforts.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions consulting including defining requirements, developing solution alternatives and estimates and translating client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for large complex IT solutions.
Knowledgeable of HealthCare and clinical operational processes (both Health Insurance operations and Clinical)

years experience of process modeling and facilitation.
Working knowledge of mainframe computer, hardware and operating systems and the impacts of changes in the systems stream.
Requires a basic understanding of testing/product quality processes, tools and methods and an understanding or organizational impacts and trade-offs of quality processes.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Prior working experience in consulting capacity for clients. Effective client relationship building and management.
Knowledge of a variety of technologies and/or the ability to understand technology dependencies and manage technology integration required.
Excellent multitasking, leadership and managerial skills required.
Experience with Rational tools, Six Sigma or other process improvement training preferred.
Prior Management Consulting experience preferred.
MUST HAVE
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in creating and developing healthcare system solution requirements.
Business knowledge and technology solutions of large & complex end-to-end healthcare systems implementation including membership, enrollment, claims, EMR/EPM, Health Information Exchange, coding, Pharmacy, etc.
Healthcare industry & operational knowledge.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with dynamic client business and IT teams and interact with Directors and VPsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
