Compliance Department Project Manager


Description
This role will be working closing with the National Agent Development Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for the administration of both training and compliance functions along with providing sales agent support and communication. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in handling a variety of duties within training and compliance and managing day to day operational responsibilities to ensure our distribution is effective and compliant.

Responsibilities/Duties
Handling and processing of all compliance issues and scenarios (i.e. review, follow up, agent-agency outreach, tracking, reporting, uploading, scanning, faxing, emailing)
Agent Support; communicating and assisting field sales agents
Health Plan communications and Outreach
Coordinate internal staff training sessions
Schedule and facilitate meetings (Carriers/Provider groups, GO Staff, etc.)
Handle and coordinate all carrier audits
Management of updated compliance documents
Post/Upload/Manage all documents in Salesforce libraries
Capture trends and/or gaps for training purposes (including reporting)
Collaborate with field leaders on training and compliance functions
Other duties as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent number of years experience within training and/or compliance areas.
2-5 years experience within the healthcare industry helpful, especially in areas of compliance or health plan sales.
Experience coordinating multiple projects.
Experience working with sales agents.
Experience working with training and/or compliance functions
Proficient with MS Office products; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
Experience with teleconference medias; webinars, WebEx, Go to Meeting, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Medicare knowledge
Background or understanding of CMS rules and regulations around sales and marketing
Ability to use a variety of learning/training concepts and principles along with knowledge of adult learning.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and project schedules. Superior time management skills and strong attention to detail very necessary.
Able to build strong rapport with business teams.
Ability to effectively communicate with partners, marketing, sales, and business operations audiences.
Interpersonal skills and verbal, written and presentation skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
