Regional Manager - Central USA - Bilingual Spanish

We are looking for a Regional Manager to manage central USA. The ideal candidate would reside in the Kansas City, MO. The candidate may also reside in the following states; Kansas and Oklahoma. (No remote opportunities available) The mission of the Regional Manager help us grow our existing sales and extend our market infiltration within existing areas - organic growth. In addition to growing our existing sales, research, identify, and target new business development areas. Responsibilities will be as follows:

Build and develop key account management
Create and implement strategic sales plans and deliver target results and quotas
Perform market and competitive analysis, identify trends to meet or exceed sales goals
Complete pricing and gross margin analysis
Train, coach, lead, motivate and manage a team of existing territory managers

Job Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - required
Applicants with previous money transfer industry experience a plus
Minimum 5 years of sales experience with solid expertise in increasing sales and extending market penetration (organic growth)
Ability to travel within the region and other states as required
Demonstrated experience in account management, business development, marketing strategy and customer service
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills along with ability to negotiate, persuade and influence
Previous P&L responsibility a plus
Previous supervisory or management experience highly desired

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
