Member Service Representative ( Call Center)

Are you looking for a team setting that allows you opportunity to use your people skills and grow? Nationally Recognized Healthcare Group is seeking a professional Customer Service Rep for their Member Services Department. Both temporary and possible temporary to hire opportunities available.
Responsibilities will include providing member with health plan information to help determine eligibility. Answering questions regarding plan status, resolving issues related to healthplan enrollment and assessing member needs.
Seeking a professional individual with excellent customer service skills, ability to work well under pressure, and conscientious employee.

Qualified candidates must have the following
At least 1 year of Call Center experience
Must have medical knowledge
Must know MS Word

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
