Registered Nurse / RN
Essential Functions:
Provide a wide range of nursing care to patients in the home care setting.
Perform personal home care and safety assessments.
Infusions in the home environment
Utilizes nursing skills to determine the biophysical, psycho social, environmental self care and personal needs of the patient and family to develop, implement and revise a plan of care.
Strong Leadership, Administrative and communications skills with an ability to mentor and coach field staff.
Registered Nurses / Basic
Qualifications:
Current unrestricted CA RN license.
Current BLS CPR certification.
Current CA driver's license, auto insurance & ownership of vehicle.
Previous experience in the home care and hospice setting is desired.
Infusion experience required
Knowledge of Title 22 not required but helpful.
All applicants must pass criminal background check, reference screening and drug test
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
